Visited Zafarano location for late lunch (1:30) based on reviews. Food was very good overall. The lamb and chicken with rice on the Cleopatra plate were excellent. The hummus was creamy and not overpowered with garlic. Good pita bread. The spanakopita was flavorful not too heavy of dill but the phyllo was not as crispy as should be. Avogolemono soup was on the bland side. The greek salad was excellent. The wait to place order at front counter and have it delivered to table was reasonable. Service personnel were okay but not especially friendly. The ambiance was nondescript with large tall tables and stools. No real decorations felt more industrial than appealing. Would definitely go back for the food.

The Cleopatra cafe doesn't look like much from the outside but come on in because the food is excellent. My daughter and I are always looking for good Mediterranean food. They have a good many with variety. We started with a hummus and a side order of spanakopita. The hummus and fresh pita were amazing. The spanakopita was full of spinach. It was good but I prefer more feta. I had the cleopatra plate and my daughter had the beef kabobs. The meat on both plates were full of flavor. Both came with a nice rice side as well as small Greek salad. The salad was very good as well. You order at the counter and they bring the food out to you. The service was good and friendly. We noticed a lot of to go orders. The tables were not very full but I think they had more to go orders than occupied tables. Very good. Well worth the side trip to find it!

Possibly the best lamb gyros I've ever had! Falafel was excellent too. The place was clean, smelled amazing, and service was very friendly and quick!

This restaurant has two locations and I prefer the one by the movie theater on Zafarano. The food is super fresh and delicious. The hummus is creamy and addictive and it is served with delicious warm pitas. The staff is also polite, friendly and accommodating and the vibe is relaxing.
